Santana’s best selling models combine advanced tandem-specific components with a frame built from a superior blend of Easton’s 7000-series aluminum tubing. Santana, the only tandem builder with proprietary tubes from Easton, uses this advantage to create strong and comfortable frames which are more than two pounds lighter than our butted CroMoly models, and as much as three pounds lighter than aluminum frames from others. Because they can weigh as little as 15kg without regressing to unreliable solo-bike components, Santana’s aluminum tandems outsell all others.

Made out of the NEW Easton Scandium tandem tubing - drawn exclusively for Santana. It is stiffer, stronger and a pound lighter than last year´s Team AL Total weight just around 12,9kg !! Santana alone combines aluminium tubing with S&S couplers and the larger Easton Scandium bottom tube allows Santana's oval couplers.
